ABOUT APG AIRLINE DATA COLLECTION
APG Inc and APG Airlines have access to all air tickets issued under APG Airlines’ stock but do not have access to the booking itself.
Therefore, APG has only access to:
- Name/surname of the passenger
- Travel dates and flights
- Date of birth when applicable
APG Airlines does not create a customer database of personal data collected from the air tickets. However, a copy of the air ticket can be displayed in our booking system up to 400 days after the day of transportation.
For all sales made by credit cards, APG uses platforms certified PCI DSS, which is one of the highest levels of security for credit card payments. APG Airlines does not have access to the complete credit card information, so no employees of APG Airlines can access this data and APG Airlines cannot and does not transfer them to a third party.
