Flight Cancellation and Schedule Change Policy
In case of Schedule change or flight cancellation, meaning that you have a segment with UN or SC status in your PNR.
- If the new flight suits the passengers and is in the same booking class (RBD), you can revalidate or reissue without fees, adding in the ENDO box (without waiver):
SKCHG in case of schedule change or INVOL in case of irregular operation - If the new flight suits the passengers but is not in the same booking class, please send a copy of the PNR history to helpdeskiet@apg-ga.com, showing who added the new flight in the PNR
- If the new flight does not suit the pax or if there is no alternative flight or original flight is cancelled (UN):
You may offer waive the penalty fees, and reissue with same route, same RBD, same operating airline, ADC, if any or if same RBD is not available, must be collected. Rerouting is possible if the fare rules allow it. - Full refund via BSPLink (or with waiver code for non BSP canals) is accepted in case of flight cancellation and if the schedule change is higher than 3 hours, PNR history with the UN/SC segments must be attached to the RAF.
- APG Airlines will not pay any compensation, hotel night, transfer, meals, etc.

If status is HX, this is a segment cancellation, you must contact the Helpdesk at helpdeskiet@apg-ga.com as this procedure may not be applied
